A solution to traffic - submitted
I've had this great idea to deal with traffic congestion around the Uni. Here it is, let me know what you think:
There's too many cars on the roads. Some of those cars are being driven by University students who are too lazy to walk or cycle to their lectures. My suggestion is this: we find all of the students driving cars and i break all of their fingers using two half-bricks, so that they can't drive any more. Normally i'd charge a fee for this kind of work, but on this occassion i'd be willing to do it for free.
